At breakfast:
"Dear Heavenly Father, please bless the food, and I already ate it all, it's too late...and if we already ate all our food, we lose the prayer...please bless the food, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
Guess I need to make sure we say the prayer before he snarfs down his whole bowl of yogurt.

Ha ha ha! I love it. That happens at our house, too. I think my kids get impatient while I'm getting the last few things on the table. I'll have to enlist their help so they're too busy to eat before the prayer. :)
That really was a very cute prayer.

LOL, I'm starting to think we should say our prayers before any food goes on the table. What usually happens at my house is that one child starts to say the prayer while the other one digs right in--and neither of them waits for me to even sit down!
