Weston's Blessing

We decided to bless Weston while we were all still in Nephi after I got back from Germany. If we had blessed him in El Segundo, we wouldn't have had any family with us, but as it was, we had Karene's parents, Grandma and Grandpa Olsen (Jay & Marva), Bart & Lisa's family, Tamarie and her kids, the Jarretts, Laurie, and her roomate Becky. It was so nice to have the family with us. Weston was mostly calm during the blessing, and only cried a little bit at the end. It felt so good to hold him in the circle and pronounce blessings from heaven on him. What a great experience. Candy made a wonderful lunch for everyone afterwards, and we had lots of time to talk and catch up with each other. Cole had a great time with his cousins, but had a couple of melt-downs, including while we were trying to get a picture of the whole family! That evening, we drove back down to St. George, and the next morning we drove back to California. I'll post more about my trip to Germany next time!
